Privacy policy

• The demo form on this site does not send your details to our servers. When you press the button, it opens WhatsApp with a message already typed from what you entered (name, gym, city, phone, approximate member count, language). The message reaches us only when you press send.
• If you message us on WhatsApp, we use your number and what you write only to reply, arrange a demo and support you.
• Our hosting provider may keep basic technical logs (such as page requests) for security and to keep the site running.

A gym that uses Repwise stores its members’ details in the software: name, phone number, date of birth, photo, plan, payments, attendance, and the consent given at admission. The gym decides what to collect and why. Repwise processes this data on the gym’s behalf to provide the service.

• Each person sees only what their role needs (owner, manager, front desk, trainer).
• Edits, discounts and overrides are recorded in an audit log with who and when.
• Member consent is captured at admission and stored with the member profile.
• Phone numbers can be hidden from floor staff.

• To provide, support and improve Repwise.
• To send the reminders and summaries a gym has set up, such as renewal and dues messages.
• To keep the service secure and prevent misuse.

We do not sell personal information.

We share information only with service providers that help us run Repwise (for example hosting and messaging), and when the law requires it. When a gym connects WhatsApp, messages are sent through WhatsApp under its own terms.

• A gym can download its members and bills at any time. There is no lock-in.
• A gym can ask us to delete its data when it stops using Repwise.
• A gym member who wants to see, correct or delete their details should ask their gym first. We will help the gym act on such requests.

We use access controls and an audit trail to protect data. No system is perfectly secure, so we also ask gyms to keep their logins and PINs private.

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
